WHAT: NADA is a simple technique where 1 to 5 needles or beads are placed at specific points in the ear providing an immediate calming effect due to stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system.

WHY: This form of community acupuncture is useful for stress, trauma, pain and recovery. Participants report greater ease, relaxation and reductions of cravings.
