WHAT IS NADA?
A simple acupuncture protocol where 1 to 5 needles or beads are placed at specific points in the ear providing an immediate calming effect due to stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system.
After points are placed, recipients relax comfortably in a community setting for 20 to 40 minutes. Afterwards, acupressure beads can be placed to further the effect.
